Who We Serve
Our Clients usually fall into three main buckets:
(1) new or small companies which lack in-house counsel but need sporadic or on-going legal support; (2) companies with existing in-house counsel who need a 'plug and play' attorney for reasons varying from time-sensitive projects to filling in for someone on maternity or medical leave; and (3) other law firms seeking a referral or of counsel relationship on certain engagements.
On-Demand & Virtual Approach
We take advantage of modern technology and embrace an entrepreneurial spirit. Clients are not subjected to antiquated law firm overhead that contributes to unresponsive counsel, unreasonable rates, & cumbersome commutes for legal advice. Clients want to pay for legal problem solving and not funding a law firm bureaucracy. Jim reviews all your files, answers your calls, responds to your emails, and will work through your case from start to finish. Jim has formed strategic partnerships with other attorneys, paralegals, clerks and administrative professionals in order to best serve you (hence the use of “we” or "us" on this website). While Jim may delegate certain areas of work he remains responsible & in full control of your legal matter.
